HIGH-END COASTAL HOMES
These homes are about 2400 sq ft with 3-4 bedrooms. They were designed as resort property, for places with great ocean views. There are two master suites in each so your guests are almost as comfortable as you are. The kitchens are 2-chef style for weekend cooks. There are stone wood burning fireplaces in the vaulted living rooms. These homes are barrier free with spacious bathrooms and include elevators. They are to be built on stilts with parking at grade.
We have examples of one story, two story and three story dwellings. These homes are conceived as wood frame with Dryvit exteriors and zinc metal vaulted roofs. Interiors are designed with hard wood floors throughout, granite countertops and architectual lighting.
